Dynamics 365 Field Service is designed for your Service teams giving them access on the road to all the critical customer information they need to resolve the product or service issue your customer demands. This app includes the ability to order and source inventory and spare parts required by your Field Service team to complete the job on site. Like all Dynamics 365 apps, the Field Service app works seamlessly within Office 365 allowing you to track field service cases in Outlook and set calendar appointments and tasks in Outlook which synchronise against that account record and case in the Field Service app.
